The First Day

Whoa boy.

So I spent all day Monday in my friend Preston’s home studio gettin’ my ukulele on.  If you know me in real life and have seen me since… perhaps September?  October?  You may have heard the song we worked on this week.  If not?  Well, you’d have loved it, I think, because I keep getting great feedback on it, but the thing is, either way,

NONE OF YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT’S COMING.

It was a pretty basic ukulele/vocal/let’s get into the swing of things kind of day, but he bounced what we’d worked on and burned it for me to take home, and tonight I imported it into garage band to play with harmony vocals.

This song is going to be SO FRACKING COOL.

I can’t even imagine what we’ll do with the other stuff.  I can’t wait to find out.
